Day 01 Arrive Delhi

Our executive will receive you at the Delhi airport and escort you to the hotel for hassle free check in Overnight stay

Day 02 Delhi- Sightseeing

Delhi is the heart of the country, a buzzing international metropolis that draws people from across India and the globe. Old Delhi boasts Mughal charm which shows history & cultures of Muslim India. Old Delhi was the capital of Muslim India between 17th& 19th centuries. New Delhi was built as the Imperial capital of India during British Raj. Today morning we will start the sightseeing of old Delhi visiting Jama Masjid: India’s largest mosque which literally known as Friday Mosque. The foundation of the historic Jama Masjid was laid on a hillock in Shahjahanabad Mughal Emperor of India, Shahjahan.Enjoy cyclerickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk,Delhi’s oldest and busiest market. Drive past to Red Fort. Raj Ghat: The cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. In New Delhi visiting: Humayun’s Tomb – This tomb, built in 1570, is of particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal. QutabMinar – Built in the early 13th century , the red sandstone tower of QutabMinar is 72.5 meters high notably the magnificent Alai-Darwaza Gate, the masterpiece of Indo-Muslim art (built in 1311), and two mosques, including the Quwwatu'l-Islam, the oldest in northern India.Drive past the Secretariat buildings, President’s House and India Gate. Day 03 Delhi - Amritsar by train

Today morning transfer to Delhi railway station to board train to Amritsar Delhi/ Amritsar 12029 Swarna Shatabdi 0720/1340 hrs Upon arrival meeting & assistance and transfer to hotel Evening visit Golden Temple for Palki Cermony Overnight stay

Day 4 Amritsar Sightseeing

Today morning sightseeing takes you to the Golden Temple - the sacred Sikh sanctuary spread out in a vast complex around a huge water tank in the midst of which stands a marble sanctum where the holy book of the Sikhs, the Guru Granth is reverently placed. The roof of the sanctum is gold-leafed. The community kitchen provides free meals to up to 10,000 pilgrims or visitors in a day. And walk by the busy bazaars of the city, visit the historic Jallianwalah Bagh where General Dyers bullets killed hundreds of innocent Indians. Later visit the Durgiana Hindu temple which looks like a replica of the golden temple. Afternoon half day excursion to Wagah border, 32 Kms from Amritsar to witness the 'Change of Guard' on both sides of the Indo-Pak border. It is a spectacle comparable to 'Change of Guards' in London. Atmosphere is charged up on both side of fences during the ceremony. Overnight stay

Day 5 Amritsar - Haridwar by train

Today morning transfer to Amritsar railway station to board the train for Haridwar. Experience train journey which is fourth largest network in the world. Amritsar- Haridwar 12054 Jan Shatabadi 0655-1400 hrs On arrival met to our representative who will meet you in front of your coach and transfer to hotel for 02 nights stay The holy town of Haridwar is one of four sacred places in India where annual Kumbh festival is observed which attract millions of devotees from all over the country and world as well. Evening: Visit Aarti (prayer) ceremony at Ganges. Every evening hundreds of devotees throng on the banks of holy river Ganges for Aarti with earthen lamps in their hands. These lamps are floated on the Ganges after the prayer ceremony. The very sight of numerous small lamps floating over Ganges in the twilight is really mesmerizing. Overnight stay

Day 6 Haridwar –Rishikesh-Haridwar

Morning one session of Yoga. Later sightseeing of Haridwar includes visits to ghat, temples and local market. If interested, you can also take ropeway to the nearby Chandi Devi temple which is located at hillock nearby and give panoramic view of Haridwar & holy river Ganges. Later drive to Rishikesh. 25 kms& 30-40 minutes drive Here visit the Shivananda Ashram where discourses in English on Hindu religious texts can be heard. Also visit the LakshmanJhoola, a suspension bridge spanning the Ganga. If time permits, we will participate in a prayer ceremony (Aarti) at Parmarth/ TriveniGhat and watch a yoga demonstration. Day 7 Haridwar –Corbett National Park (06 hrs drive)

Today morning drives to Corbett National Park for 02 nights stay. This evening, a naturalist guide will give an introductory talk about Corbett National Park where tigers, elephants, leopard, chita antelopes, sambar, monkeys, Asian jackals and barking deer live. Overnight stay

Day 8 Corbett National Park

Corbett National Park -Established in 1936, Corbett was the first national park in Asia. Its vivid mosaic of landscapes, from golden grasslands to verdant forest and rhododendron-clad hills, offers a misty backdrop for your early morning safari by canter van or jeep each day. Afternoon Elephant joy ride (subject to availability) Overnight stay

Day 9 Corbett National Park-Almora (03 hrs drive)

Today you will take a short but scenic drive brings you to the Himalayan foothills that surround and cradle the town of Almora The drive takes you up the hills - known as the lesser Himalayas. You will drive past Bhimtal, a small town that sits around one portion of the lake, where we stop for refreshments and then continue to Thikalna bypassing Almora. It is a beautiful road, lined with forests of Oak, Rhododendron and Chir Pine on either side. Here you stay at Kalmatia Sangam or stay at Kumaoni village for authentic and rural experience. Overnight stay

Day 10 Almora

Today in time transfer to Kathgodam railway station to board day train for Delhi Kathgodam-Delhi UTR Sampark Kranti (15036) 0850-1520 hrs. On arrival met and transferred to hotel for overnight stay

Day 13 Leaves Dehli

Today in time transferred to Delhi airport to board the flight to onward destination.
